The World Bank, in its capacity as the Trustee, manages the CREWS Trust Fund that supports the CREWS Initiative to receive Contributions and holds in trust, as a legal owner, and administer the funds, assets and receipts that constitute the Trust Fund pursuant to the terms of the Contribution Agreements. The Trustee operates as part of the World Bank under World Bank management and applicable policies and procedures. In this respect, the Trustee operates in accordance with the World Bank’s Access to Information Policy.
